The Wellbeing Committee aims to promote wellbeing around the college. In a fast-paced world with so many different daily commitments and responsibilities such as uni and work, it is important to stop and remember the significant role our physical and mental wellbeing plays in our lives. There are many different things we can do to promote positive well-being such as mindfulness, yoga and reading inspiring or positive messages. The Wellbeing committee shares useful wellbeing resources and organises events such as movie nights to make sure members of the college are looking after themselves so we can live our lives to our full potential.
